Small and medium businesses contributed 47% of revenue to the UK economy in 2020 and account for 60% of all private sector jobs. Undoubtedly, the importance of robust people management processes, systems and frameworks for SMEs to adhere to UK Employment Law cannot be emphasised enough. SME firms, be it early-stage enterprises or mature businesses are under constant pressure to attract and retain good talent, improve the speed to market of their products and services, create sustainable long-term growth and manage costs.
At Jini Solutions, we partner with our clients to institutionalise best practices in people management, take hands on responsibility to address ongoing people related issues and create a culture where employees feel valued and respected.
