Nitya Balaji founded jiNi Solutions Ltd in September of 2018 with the aim to providing a highly personalised HR support experience for start-ups and SME businesses in the UK. We also provide international HR support to UK businesses with operations in India.

Nitya Balaji founded jiNi Solutions Ltd in September of 2018 with the aim to providing a highly personalised HR support experience for start-ups and SME businesses in the UK. We also provide international HR support to UK businesses with operations in India.

During her 20 years of consulting and operational HR experience, Nitya worked extensively with SMEs providing hands-on advice and support. Her previous experience includes working with large multinational corporations in the Information Technology & Services sector and non-profit enterprises. She continues to work with a diverse range of clients helping them uplift people management processes and creating a positive employee experience. She holds a master’s Degree in International Employment Relations and HR management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also registered on the British Psychological Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) for Occupational Training, Ability and Personality.  


Rayvathi John (She/Her)

HR Consultant


Rayvathi John (known as Ray) is a passionate and accomplished HR professional with over two decades of experience in the dynamic realms of human resources and talent acquisition. Ray has a wealth of knowledge in strategising and executing HR initiatives tailored to meet organisational goals and drive success. She has worked in diverse industries such as IT, Shipping, Telecommunication, and the NHS. Ray’s unique blend of industry-diverse experience and passion in driving workforce optimization, enhancing employee engagement, championing diversity and inclusion, has been the key to delivering tangible results for organisations.


Ray has a Masters in HRM and Employment Studies and is an Associate Member of CIPD.
