Director and HR Partner
Nitya Balaji founded jiNi Solutions Ltd in September of 2018 with the aim to providing a highly personalised HR support experience for start-ups and SME businesses in the UK and international HR support to UK businesses with operations in India.
During her 20 years of consulting and operational HR experience, Nitya worked extensively with SMEs providing hands-on advice and support. Her previous experience includes working with large multinational corporations in the Information Technology & Services sector and non-profit enterprises. She continues to work with a diverse range of clients helping them uplift people management processes and creating a positive employee experience. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Employment Relations and HR management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also registered on the British Psychological Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) for Occupational Training, Ability and Personality.
Archana is a CIPD qualified, HR professional with Masters in Human Resource Management from London School of Economics and Political Science. She has over 10 years of experience of working in multinational companies in the UK and Asia with a culturally diverse workforce. She has been involved in developing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, training and performance management. She has extensive experience in advising businesses on employment issues including grievances and disciplinary processes & institutionalising these within client organisations.
